Activity wall shortcode instead of picture

In my activity wall some of the pictures (posts) are not displaying anymore instead it shows directly in the wall under the user name for example:

please see attached screen shot.what could be the problem ? how to fix ?

That’s a shortcode for buddypress activity plus. Do you have that plugin turned on?

Oh I see. That must be the problem !! I just deleted the BUDDYPRESS ACTIVITY PLUS plugin a couple of days ago. Users where confused about the upload button- I decided to not use it anymore from now on.
