Add a checkbox with terms of use to registration form

Hi Guys,

first of all, thanks for your great work and this absolute amazing theme. I have a question like the subject said:

Is there a way to add a checkbox with privacy policy and a second with terms of use above the register Button on registration page? How can i realise this?
