How do you add a sidebar to a member profile page? I don’t see anyway to make it look like your Live Demos
Thanks.
August 13, 2015 at 10:54 #72823LauraModeratorHello, yes, we use the Right Sidebar template under Sweetdate > Buddypress so the profile has a sidebar

August 15, 2015 at 00:25 #73054jwchameleoncorpParticipantHi Laura,
I figured it out, but one question. Is the Main Side Bar the only one that can be used withim the Buddy Press profile? And what if I select the left and right (2 side bar) layout? What side bar works with that?
Thanks!
August 16, 2015 at 12:45 #73248AndreiModeratorYou can create an additional Sidebar from “Appearance > Sidebars” and assign it to your buddypress section. In case you’ll be using the 2 sidebars layout, then the second sidebar used will be the “Extra” one, and unfortunately there aren’t any options to change it.
Cheers

I had success on the groups pages but no matter what I select it does not happen on the members page. Can you assist please?
Thanks
September 8, 2015 at 22:18 #76642kwaaiiParticipantAt the Members page I assigned 3 columns right and left sidebar from the edit screen but nothing happens. It only doesn’t work at this page, the other pages including Buddypress pages work. Check http://www.gamestad.co/members/
Hope you can help me.
September 8, 2015 at 22:19 #76643AndreiModeratorLayouts can be changed from “Theme Options > BuddyPress”, custom sidebars can be assigned in the Groups or Members page edit screen.
Cheers
