Add Friend button – how to change color?

Hi!
I was wondering how do I change the styling of the Add Friend button?

Right now, on my site, it is just a link, does not look like a button. I can see in the demo that those buttons (on the right side of the member avatar) do look like buttons with a color different than the page background color. Where do I make the fix? Thank you!
