Add location field to groups

Is there any way to add location field to groups and have the ability to search groups based on location.

Hello, you can add custom fields to group using the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-groups-extras/
But for search you should use a global search plugin, because group search is not possible right now
