add more info into docs for theme styling options

Hi, just wanted to add this as a wish for future dev of the theme DOCS…

What would be really really useful is for a bit more info to be added into the theme docs, making it clear just what bits of the site each of the theme styling options affects, as some of it is hard to work out, particularly if you’re using a small color palette. Some of it’s obvious, but some bits really aren’t! Like the header border color affecting the toggle icon on the mobile menu.
