Add New Portfolio Item

Hello, is there any way to add normal page editing functionality (ability to create sections and add elements) when creating a new portfolio item? On my end I only see a text editor, so other design changes would have to be conveyed through CSS.

Go to WP-Admin -> Settings -> General Settings -> Content types -> CHECK portfolio
