Add option for for admin to approve registrations and search engine by fields

There are various member plug ins but since Im already using KLEO log in I would like to have an option for all new profiles to have to be approved before they go live, and I would like some kind of search engine based on registration fields. Right now Im using BP profile search but do not have a solution for admin profile approval.
