Add “What’s new” from activity page , to home page.

Hey Laura, thanks for the reply. With this shortcode, it displays the activity feed but does not give the option to update the status.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi,

Just use the “Activity page” visual element from visual composer that generate this shortcode [kleo_bp_activity_page] this will generate exact the activity that you have it in buddypres profile, also you are able to post updates.

    Cheers

Thanks for the reply. Not really sure how to go about doing this. I went into Visual composer, went to shortcode mapper and added [kleo_bp_activity_page]. Then went to the page and added the shortcode but doesn’t display.

    I see,
I made a confusion, I taught you are using KLEO, sorry for this, for the BuddyApp we don’t have yet such as shortcode.

We will take this into consideration for future BuddyApp updates until them I’ve found this: https://buddydev.com/snippets/tag/add-post-form-to-buddypress-activity-shortcode-plugin/

Using that modification with https://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-activity-shortcode/ should allow you to have that.

    Cheers
