Hello, you need to edit the archive.php to make it appear at the categories page, you will need to hire a developer as it takes times and development and i can only help you with small modifications

Hello, well i would add a plugin for ads that has ad zone shortcodes, create an ad zone for each category and add the shortcode at each category description ( post > category > edit category )
And at archive.php you could add the description support then adjust it to look good
