Adding articles to the knowledge database from the frontend

How can I add an article from the Frontend to the knowledge database?

Because I can modify it, but I don’t know how to add a new one..
Is there any way to add a “new”button, for example?

I want users to be able to add articles to the knowledge database.

And how do I disable the “ADVANCED” option within the article so that they don’t get directly into the backend when they click?
