Adding checkbox for terms and conditions to registration form

Hello,

because of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU it is recommended to add a checkbox to the registration form so that the users can confirm that the terms and conditions have been read. Is there an easy way to add such a checkbox in KLEO?
