Adding posts and Blogs

is blog same as post in sweetdate theme. Second question , when users are logged in , where and how they can add a blog or posts ?

Hello The blog, for every theme, is where all posts can be found
When users login, at their profile and only if you have the plugin Social Articles installed and active, they should be able to post new articles

Can the word article be changes ?

Hello, yes, using Loco Translate plugin, once installed, go to Loco Translate > Plugins > Social Articles
Select your current language, click SYNC and search for the word to change
