Adding posts and Blogs

is blog same as post in sweetdate theme. Second question , when users are logged in , where and how they can add a blog or posts ?

Hello 🙂 The blog, for every theme, is where all posts can be found 🙂
When users login, at their profile and only if you have the plugin Social Articles installed and active, they should be able to post new articles 🙂

Can the word article be changes ?

Hello, yes, using Loco Translate plugin, once installed, go to Loco Translate > Plugins > Social Articles
Select your current language, click SYNC and search for the word to change
