Additional functions for car-sharing theme

Dear Sirs,

I have purchased the theme SweetDate with the intend to use it as a car sharing website.
I can adjust the look of the theme, I miss however some of the functional elements, which are
essential to my website. Some of these functions will be useful also for other users.

Please let me know if I could pay you for adding these functionalities (or some of them) and how much it would cost.

The main additional functions are as following:

1. In the main (home page) search form, I would like the customers to be able to enter “Date” and
“Time” when they need a car. The time shall be entered with the intervals of 5min (so 14.45,14.50,
14.55 etc.) as a 24hour time.

2. The car owners profile will always include 2 main pictures: “avatar” (as it is now) and “car”.
Both pictures will be mandatory, when creating profile. The car picture will be the similar to
avatar, but cropping be a horizontal rectangle, with height as in avatar, and and length
1.62xheight.
Both pictures will display on member listings for a given city.

3. When the renter will choose the car owner, and clicks “send a messafe” there will be a message popup window that will appear, as in this picture http://www.drwatson.pl/Screenshot%202013-11-12%2016.08.09.png

4. There will be ability to add feedback, similar as in the following page: https://relayrides.com
/car-rental/san-francisco/honda-civic/28854. After the car rental there will be an email sent to both renter and car owner with the request to send feedback about the other person performance (unless one of them left the feedback already).
