Additional photos in profile

Hi there,

I want my users to be able to upload more photos than just their profile pic.  I have added the tab into the menu side, but there isn’t an option for uploads.  Can you please help?

Hi,

Please make sure you have rtMedia plugin installed and activated : https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-media/

With this you will be able to upload additional photos from your profile in media tab

If you have it installed, check if the plugin needs to be updated from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins -> will appear an update text under every plugin name if is any update available

I have upload the RT media plugin and it is up to date. It does not work on ggcupid.com. When logged into profile and media is clicked it lands on a 404 page.
