admin-ajax.php returns 0

Hi, I recently got this feedback from two of my members. Can you let me know what’s wrong and how to fix it? Thank you. 🙂

After I login, the website URL points to “https://www.yeschildfree.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” and then says “0” on the page. the only way I can get to the site is when I hit the “back” button on my browser and that takes me to my profile page otherwise I’ll stay staring at “0.”

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of the theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
