Admin Bar Missing now

    Hello,

    I recently turned off the WP admin bar in the theme settings for Kleo and thought this was for non Admins…I am no longer able to see the Admin section of the site and or administer any content.

    Please advise.  Have taken a screenshot to show the login and what happens after I login
