Admin CAN log in; others can access dashboard profile only

I had Kleo installed successfully (love the theme), but although the admin can successfully log in and use the site, any member who does not have admin access can only log in and access the profile page on the dashboard. If the member goes to the site, the maintenance message displays.

If you go to the site without having logged in as an admin, you don’t see the home page; you see the maintenance message.

I have disabled all the plugins and reset the permalinks. Neither makes a difference. If I revert to a different theme, the login (or public access to the site) works fine.

Site is here http://vps11297.inmotionhosting.com/~catsco6/dev/ although it currently displays a different theme so that users can access the site.

Hi, Maybe you enabled the maintenance mode from Theme options?
