Hello,

If you don’t have any admin access to your WordPress at all you can reset your password using “Forgot password” link or change the password directly from database… take a look at this:

I’ve tried the password link reset and its saying invalid email ? ,im locked out of the web site?

The only thing you can do is to change the credentials from the database of WordPress. You need cpanel aces tho.

had to do a data base back up from host managed to get back site , can you tell me why when i log on to my site the screen image jumps , http://www.arabesdating.com
