Administrator's approval of joining issue.

Hey,
We have an issue about administrator’s join approval.
(attached some captured images hopefully will help you)
We want people join members without administrators approval.
And the 3rd image I attached, if you take a look, which I don’t get exactly is,
I already received the certification e-mail and have clicked the lick below to activate my new account.
But it says “Error”,”account activated”, and “click here to send e-mail again” so it makes me send
certification e-mail again and again.
So in conclusion, We want people to join members without admin’s approval.
How do we set so that people can join members easier by e-mail activation only?
Could you please check and correct?

Thank you for your reply, but
my question is not about about Activation e-mail. The e-mail works good.
But there is something I want to change about joining members.
We want people join members without administrator’s permission/approval.
How do we change settings to remove admin’s approval?
and could you please check and correct?
