Hello admin,

I have added a Facebook login system when i have tried to login with facebook i can login but after login it’s redirect me to https://taxigo.hk/forums/forum/taxigo-benefits/false page and that page is not found by the website same problem when i have logged out from that website. 2nd issues: I have added a forums and some topic via bbpress in that website. But i want when any user will create a new topic then that text filed will support html format so that they can add text, images and make a style.

Hello, for the redirect please try to disable a few plugins and test again, also make sure facebook is setup correctly like this https://archived.seventhqueen.com/general/article/setup-facebook-login-fix-facebook-login
By default all users can create topics, they just need to go inside a forum 🙂

which plugin is creating problem i don’t know so which one i will deactivate?

2nd: I know that any user can go to to create a topic but on that field i want that option visual and text option like this one see http://prntscr.com/lhnv1z because i want when user will write any text they can get option to add image and also make your text colorful.

Can you make a sense.

Hi,

1. I recommend you to deactivate all of them excluding buddypress, k-elements and visual composer, then try to login again see the issue persists, if no enable all plugins back one by one while you check until you find the plugin that causes that, if yes the issue may be from the facebook login app settings(see the screenshot)

2. Check under wp-admin -> Visual Composer -> Role manager.

NOTE : Kleo theme was not designed to work with visual builder under bbpress, so for the possible css/layout issues or similar we cannot fully support them, anyway it should behave ok.

I have deactivated Buddypress, k-elements and visual composer plugins (see http://prntscr.com/lijr9p and http://prntscr.com/lijres)and tried to login and logout still i can see that page is not found and system is redirecting one false page /false.

I have checked Valid OAuth Redirect URIs also and i can’t find any URL as like /false see http://prntscr.com/lijshq and login and logout redirection is not work.

Please found that problem and tell me how i will control that redirection. If you want Facebook login i can give you also but that is major problem because that is so bad that when any user will login with Facebook account and redirect wrong page.

2nd:

I have gone to visual composer role manager and checked topic and also forums but still when i try to create topic i can’t see visual editor like that https://prnt.sc/lijtnt

I have no need visual composer to create a topic i just need visual editor and add media option.

Please lets me know.

Hi,

1. Personally i thnk it may come from fabook app settings , i cannot reproduce this isse on our theme demo while loggin with facebook. I just tested and cannot see anything related to the issue that you report, URL doesn’t not contain false or something.

2. I’m not sure if they can work one with another, from role manager you can check where the visual interface to be shown, but i’m not sure if this will work with bbpress, i’ve warned you that for any problems with visual compsoer on bbpress we cannot support them since our theme was not thinked to run in this way. I recommend you to ask both, visual composer and bbpress teams if they works toghether.
