after wrong input of username or password it will redirect to wp-login

this is happened sometimes. i cannot tell you when it will happen but most of the time it notice this will happen when i used mobile then i intentionally put a wrong username or password then i will redirected to wp-login? i do not want to redirect to wp-login. can i avoid that?

i fixed it. there is a conflict from one of my plugin. Just one more thing, what you guys used to optimized or speed up the wordpress that will not conflict my buddyapp theme?
