All Members page ability – more fields on profile boxes, location etc..

Right now members directory is a picture and nickname.
It would be nice if we could specify which additional fields we can put on those boxes, location for one, perhaps company name and position if its a professional site.

Also, you have absolutely beautiful shortcodes for members display, but it only shows pictures, we need to be able to add at least names to those pictures, but ideally flexibility to add more fields so that we can customize those all member pages based off what kind of site it is. I know its not hard I was using a plug in, called BuddyPress Real Names which allowed me to input extra fields, but it creates problems on registration. It would be nice to have this from Kleo.
