On this page, I’ve added a Tabs section with some content. However, when users click on the tabs it scrolls them down the page and past the content. Ideally, it wouldn’t scroll them on the page at all. How can I do that?
October 20, 2015 at 17:36 #83379a.a.martinesParticipantSo, it looks like a recent theme update resolved this issue. However, I’m still having trouble updating the theme on my multisite. I’ve added the API key to the theme updates section under Theme Options, but have no prompt to update.
I removed the key and adding to to another site using Kleo (which usually its own separate key/license) and was immediately prompted to update, so it’s not an issue with the API key.

I’ve been waiting for a response for 7 days, and the option you’ve offered me isn’t sufficient. FTP updates for a single theme when all of our other themes, including the paid ones, are capable of updating normally is not a solution. If this is the only option, why is Kleo advertised as being multisite friendly?
The information I really need is: do automatic updates with Kleo work on multisite? If so, I would appreciate step by step instructions on how to set up and complete automatic updates on a multisite installation.
I’ve had great experiences with this theme until now. I’ve purchased it five times for my work and for independent clients. This recent support experience has been extremely disappointing and has me seriously reconsidering my support.
October 28, 2015 at 03:39 #84588AndreiModeratorHi,
Kleo works perfectly fine with in a mutlisite environment, our live demo is under such setup for example.
Automatically updates should work just fine, just enter the right details under “Theme Options > Updates” and after that you should go to the themes page and refresh it a few times ( the updates status are sometimes cached ) and the update label should appear over the theme. You should enter the update details into your primary website, and when you’ll update the theme, it will reflect on all your sub sites.
I have given a short answer for the ftp solution because I tough that there might be some permissions or other server side issues into the case of automatically updates.
Please give it an double try and let me know if it worked, if not, please provide me admin credentials to your website so I can give an closer look at your site settings and see if I can find anything wrong.
Looking forward.

I’ve added the API key to the theme updates section under Theme Options, but had no prompt to update. It had been this way for over two weeks, so we finally updated via SFTP today, which was a bit of a time sink.
The last time I contacted SeventhQueen support about this, I was told to just put the API key in the Theme Options for any sub site. I’ll try adding the key to the primary site and hopefully something will come through the next time Kleo is updated.
Thank you for your thorough response – that was exactly the information I’ve been searching for.
October 28, 2015 at 03:54 #84592AndreiModeratorAlso please note that you won’t find any update information in the theme options panel, the update will be notified either in the themes page or in the main wordpress core updates page.
Please let me know if this issue persists on the next update so we can investigate your case more closely.
Cheers

Success! After following your steps, I have the update notification for 3.1.
It was a bit of work convincing our staff it would be okay to quickly switch the theme of our primary site (which isn’t using Kleo) to enter the API key, but hopefully we won’t need to switch themes to trigger future updates.
Thank you for your help. May I suggest that you add the information you shared with me to your help documentation about automatically updating Kleo? https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo
October 31, 2015 at 02:54 #85172AndreiModeratorWe are already working on a big update for our support site, including all documentation.
There is another nice way to keep your envato products updated, please check the following plugin: https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/releases
