Hello,

In Visual composer, “Kleo posts setting” support to build query by Custom post type, there are several custom post type, and please check the Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/lgmnw4

and I found the “Default Featured Image Placeholder” only works for wordpress default post, anyway, to make it support other custom post type please?

Thanks for your reply, Yes, you are right, it support by default, and you can check at forum.lovcour.com, those posts are actually a custom post type by a plugin of Anspress(https://wordpress.org/plugins/anspress-question-answer/ )

I just found a plugin of Buddypress letter avatar(https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-first-letter-avatar/) caused “Default Featured Image Placeholder” not work, and this is why I send a ticket before at https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/all-featured-image-will-be-replaced-by-user-avator

For now, I am using a plugin of Letter Avatars ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/letter-avatars/)

But there is two small issue with user navigation as the screenshot:

I understand this might be out of Kleo support, but it is really close to theme style, it would be great if you could support here by a quick CSS, but if not, I would like to show my understanding.

Hi,

It sounds like there is an issue with that plugin that will need to be addressed by that plugin author, you should reach out directly to them for a resolution to this issue.

I am happy to take a quick look at the CSS issue you have shown in your screenshot but I am unable to access your site via the URL you have shared. Please check that the domain is correct and/or that the UK is not blocked from accessing your site.

When you have restored access please share with me a full URL where the issue can be seen.

Oh, sorry for forgetting let you know the issue:

Once enable Avatar setting in wordpress as screenshot: http://prntscr.com/lgo4s6

All of the image of “Default Featured Image Placeholder” for CPT will replaced by Avatar if not using any avatar plugin, and this is why I am using letter avatar.

I suggest that you have a test of “Default Featured Image Placeholder” upon CPT like Anspress, and you will find the issue what I mean.

Hi,

As per my earlier reply, this is an issue with a plugin that you’re using, not the theme. Featured images and Gravatars / avatars have nothing to do with each other. Disable all plugins that did not come with KLEO, switch to KLEO parent theme if you have made any changes and you will see the issue doesn’t exist.

Either a plugin or custom code is creating this issue.

Hi,

I am still unable to access your site, have you previously had Laura or Radu access your site? If so I may need to pass this ticket to them temporarily until I can gain access.

In your screenshots there are still plugins activated that did not come with KLEO. Please try disabling AnsPress and Login with AJAX to see if the issue persists.

Hi,

I can gain access via IE, but not in Chrome, Firefox or Opera. Your site appears to be stuck in maintenance mode. Please can you do one of the following:

– Login via SFTP / FTP or your hosts file browser and delete the maintenance flag
– Send SFTP / FTP login credentials so I can delete this flag for you

Are you updating wordpress or plugins?

Please do not updated wordpress to the latest version since there are some plugins on our sites are not compatible with latest wordpress 5.0.

Hi,

I have deleted the maintenance flag for you. If this ever happens again, connect via SFTP to your host and navigate to the primary folder, you’ll see a file called maintenance, simply delete this and access will be restored. See attached.

Hi,

After investigation, it is clear that the post type created by AnsPress does not have featured images defined in the post type. If you want to add featured images to the post type, and therefore – have default placeholder images work, then you will need to add this to the post type code.

This means you will need to reach out to AnsPress and ask them how to extend their question post type and enable featured images.

This is not caused by the theme, this is a lack of options / definition in the plugin. When the plugin adds supports for featured images, in the question post type, then the placeholder will work – by default.

I have wrote to the Author of Anspress official forum at https://anspress.io/questions/question/how-to-make-question-support-with-featured-image-please/

But I have not got their reply, and frankly I am not sure whether they would like to support that.

Fortunately, I found the default featured image will work only if the letter avatar is activated, and the only issue the size of buddypress user navigation and buddypress group in activity looks not good: http://prntscr.com/lh7vjf,
or you might like check at https://forum.lovcour.com/members/alex/ by mobile mode.

It would great appreciated if you would like resolve it by a quick css.

Hi,
Did you receive the same using any other theme right ?

This meaning that it’s not a theme related issue.

So updating the theme will not change the certificate working mechanism or updating the certificate,i recommend you to ask the certificate responsible person i think the hosting service.

Try to change the certificate type, ask the hosting support about that.

Yes, for me, there is no problem with Safari and Chrome, but show “SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP” only with Firefox, we are trying to resolve it.

Also it works on safari

IE i don’t have on macbook.

I think there it’s something wrong with the certificate.
