    I have twice followed your instructions to get an API key for Kleo and got an error message both times.  Both events occurred on April 20.

    Hi William,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with getting the ThemeForest API key to work for you. Can you please let me know what error it is you’re receiving? If the error appears when generating the API key you will need to make contact with ThemeForest directly as we have no control over that environment.

    If the error is happening elsewhere then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with newly created admin credentials for your site (in English US or UK) and the API key that you have generated so I can look into this for you.
