Arrowchat – Enable Chat Tab on Mobile Devices

I have easily gotten this to work in other themes but for some reason when using Kleo I cannot seem get the mobile chat tab to show when a user is on a mobile device. In the admin section I do have “Enable Chat Tab on Mobile Devices” checked.

It just continues to show the full chat bar at the bottom when on any mobile device rather than the chat tab.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: Adding the header footer code into Kleo as Arrowchat recommends does not work properly so I had to move things around to get just the regular chat bar to function properly and show the appropriate Arrowchat theme.

Hello, have you tried contacting Arrowchat support? This doesnt seem to be an issue of the theme, but their css compatibility

Issue will only happen when using Kleo. All other themes had no problem. However it goes a bit deeper than this though. I have this issue resolved as you need to adjust things when using Kleo + Nginx (alone) and Arrowchat. Thanks!
