Avatar and members name don’t show up in menu

Hi there,

I have trouble to display the avatar in the menu. I have BuddyPress installed and when I add “My Account” neither the title “My Account” nor the avatar show up in the menu. When I add ##member_name## the members name doesn’t show up as well.

(site is still not live)
