Avatar Image is out of place

It seems that the avatar image is out of place. Please refer to the image.

My Kleo Theme Version is 4.0.8

This it’s happens only when you are on avatar upload page ?

On the profile page not happens

Correct it only happened on the photos upload page.

Hi again,

Make sure the buddypress and rtMedia plugins are updated to latest version, also try to de-activate all plugins except buddypress and rtmedia and try again to upload to see if this continue to happens.

On my local install this is not happens
