Hello,
I’ve purchased the “Full Service WordPress Hosting” and the service I’ve received form the beginning thus far till now is the worst I’ve ever seen. I would like to have my account and settings, my DNS domain name, basically everything back as they were before I purchased this service; in reality I deserve a full refund. I had to initiate the process for the “professional” Gabriel to start working on the project, and the passive aggressiveness will not be tolerated by me. Can someone with morals and good business ethics return everything back as they were before I got involved with this plan? Thanks.
