back-end problems

My back-end is messed-up.
The left WP menu wont open when you hover over it, But when you collopas the menu the submenu is showing when you hover over it.
And the nav-menu (builder) isa not working.
Please tell me how to fix this.

only rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress is not updated to 3.7.31
