background and activate page

when I try to use the knowledgebase for 7th queen, the pages say I cannot reply to this topic and shows no content but I think it would be the proper reply for me.  https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/register-activate-styling  https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/add-background-image-to-registration-page

SO, I would like to change the background of the Registration and/or Activate pages without changing the whole site background… currently I use this and it changes everything, but I just want  .com/register  and .com/activate  changed…
