Background video overlay

Hi there,

I’m trying to add overlay background color over youtube video. If you can check image attached you can see the effect I’d like to achieve: background color over the video with opacity (text shouldn’t have opacity but you get my point).

I’ve tried to add a custom class to the section, but I must be targeting it incorrectly. Could you please point me in the right direction?
