Are the fields set in (Sweetdate>BuddyPress) are? Did You do any custom code in the theme files?

You asked me to email you, but I dont know your email address. So did you want me to post the user name and password here?
I need to ensure site security, so I would really prefer to email this to you?

Please deactivate from wp-config the debug option. The message is a notification that we will fix in the first update. Please take a look to the link:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
The message does not influence the site functionality. Also, please take a look at the theme documentation on BuddyPress section where is explained how a date field should be configured.
Thank you,
