bbPress Forum Titles Only Show on Mouseover

Like the subject says. It seems that every time I visit the site on a new day, the Forum Titles only show up once I mouse over them.

I have the same issue from time to time. And not only with the forums. It also happens on my registration page. Also, it seems to only happen in Chrome.
