I have 2 questions:

1) Is there a way that I can make a page like this:
http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp/members/
just with best match instead?

2) Is there a way to change the popup to just open in same window in the “Concerns or questions?” box?

Hi,
that will involve some custom work from your side. You can have as a starting point the Online members template found in page-templates folder
