Black flicker on Revolution Slider video

Problem: Video has a black flicker upon loading. May take up to a few seconds. Tested mainly on chrome, both windows and ubuntu. On firefox there is still a black flick, but shorter mostly.

What is causing the problem? What ways would you suggest in fixing it? Are there any other details you need?
