Blank page after saving

Every time I try to change a setting on the theme option it will send me to a blank page. Also cant load any images. Every time I do something it says

I checked on the functions.php of my child theme and nothing is wrong with line 1.

Hi,

From what i know a class cannot be included like this in functions.php, you should instantiate the function, i don’t know exactly steps
