Here I send you two plugins.
Allow a user to block other. Work fine!
I bought this to night. But Im gift you. Obviously, you need to adapt this plugin for KLEO, SD… and include it.
– Remove “License Options” or Key from files.
– Customize Setting Panel.
– Update it when you update your Themes.
Remember, a Dating or Social Site without Blocker is nothing.
Maybe you can think: “It is not ethical”, and I say you: “Not ethical is to sale for 29$ a few lines of code. This function should bring BP by default”.
But, if you don’t want, okey!

I found this navigating.
This plugin is interesting but is outdate too.
Maybe, if you want, you can adapt it and includes.
Remember change default png icons for fontawesome icons… change name, etc. Give it your 7thQ style. 😉

SUGGESTION:
Based on this plugin, you can create a new function for your Themes:
Privacy for Private Messages.
Settings ===> Messages
(Options)
Select who can send you private messages.
( √ ) All Members (logged in users, by default)
( ) Friends Only
Enable or disable Mentions.
( √ ) All Members can send you public messages. (default)
( ) Marking this, nobody will can send you public messages.
