Blocking access to viewing others navigation icon fields (some)

Using KLEO, buddypress, bbpres, BP Follow

When I login into my site and view other member’s profile page. I see all of the standard navigation icons. How can I hide and/or block access to “Follower”, “Following”, “Groups”, “Forums” navigation icon info on other members pages. However, if we just hide them, a smart user may be able to guess the URL, so I believe I need to block access also.

Hello, in followers or following it depends as this is a third party plugin you could try to ask the author about that possibility.
About Groups and Forums, those are part of buddypress and bbpress plugin so it also depends on the plugin settings, right now for those i do not know any way of doing this, it would require custom development, to restrict access of those items in other member profile.

I kept researching and was able to figure out how to hide “Following” and “Followers” navigation icons from showing up when viewing other members profile, but note that it does not Block it.

#members-following-personal-li, #members-followers-personal-li {display:none;}
body.my-account #members-following-personal-li, body.my-account #members-followers-personal-li {display:inline !important;}

I haven’t tried yet, but could probably modify slightly to hide Groups and Forums navigation icons also.
