"Blocking this member" or "Report Abuse my Member"

How can I have or activate “Block this Member” feature from a registered member’s profile page – if a member is being annoying or abusive? As a dating site, this is really important!

I’m referring to blocking and unblocking between users. For example: Member 1 adds Member 2 as a friend. But eventually they no longer want to be friends. Then Member 1 blocks Member 2 from any contact or even seeing 2’s profile.

Let me know the solutions to getting this done, Or if you could please assist me with that. Thanks.
