Blog Carousel Does Not Pull from All Post Types

My home page blog carousel does not pull from all posts types like I have indicated in the short code. It still continues to pull only from Image posts. It has no problem filtering the category and post limits though. My website is currently offline in DesktopServer. I have the current shortcode installed:

I have never heard of a “k elements” plugin until now. It was not in the theme’s zip file either. Where can I find it and what does it do?

I had a “-” next to the number because I wanted to filter out a category.
