Hi @zazenwebdesign,

You can hide both with CSS

Carousel hide excerpt
.kleo-carousel .entry-summary {display: none;}

Archive hide excerpt
.archive .post-info {display: none;}

Category “100+ guests”
.category-100-guests .post-info {display: none;}
