Blog Post Feature Image no longer showing up in post list after update

My blog posts are not showing the feature image after the update.  To view this issue, please check here;

I have also noticed that ‘Kleo Posts’ element is gone now. Why did that element disappear from the update?

Hi,

Do you have updated the additional plugins ? You can check update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins, especially make sure that k-elements and visual composer are updated

Yes, the plugins are all updated. The missing elements I found under the settings. For some reason there were some that were not checked.

However, the images for the blog list are still missing.

Ok,i see in that category are only videos, that posts what format they have ? Standard or video ?

Also make sure that this setting is on : go to wp-admin -> theme options -> blog -> Display media on post page* ON

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, they are all video posts in the categories. They are set up as video posts – and we have added a PNG image as the feature image.

I have checked the settings and ‘display media on post’ is ON.

I see the issue,

First let’s try principal possible causes, please disable all plugins and then check if the image appears if this is useless please enable parent theme and check again

Let me know if one of these causes this.

Thank you for the information.
I deactivated all of the plugins and the images still did not show up in the blog list.

Switching back to the parent theme did not fix the issue with the feature images for the blog list either. That still occurred.

Hi,

If you have set for the posts video format you shod paste the link also on media tab just see the video ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxo5b6iHWRMwcUtKQnFyLW5icG8/view )

Do that for all posts that you want to have video as featured image
