I want to display username everywhere on blog options where it shows “name” right now, as show in this screenshot  http://prntscr.com/c7q64x

 

Which are the theme files which need to be edited.

You can control the post meta settings from wp-admin -> appearance -> blog -> Display Meta Fields

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, but it did not work for me. The new option is in wp-admin>>theme options>> blog> display meta field, in here yes i have an option of various meta fields but username is not one of them.

I want to display only “username” as posted by: on all blogs and not “name”, any inputs for that.

Add this code in your child theme functions.php ( wp-content/themes/kleo-child/functions.php )

Note : Child theme needs to be installed and activated
