Body Font Style Doesnt Respond

I go to theme settings – Fonts – and Body Fonts and I try different fonts but when I visit the pages it uses the old font. I have made sure that there is no specific font chosen within the text block in Visual Composer. The weird thing is that when the page loads it shows the new font for a brief second but then it switches back to the old one.

Nevermind, I got this working. It just sometimes takes a while for the changes to work.

Actually no it is screwed up. When I choose Open Sans font it gives me something else. Looks more like Georgia or something. Do fonts have to be uploaded or downloaded or something because these fonts are not the same as they appear in Google Fonts
