BP-Album

Hi

Good work guys. I hopefully have a small problem but I have been working on it for days with no success. My BP-album (or rtmedia) does not show up on my profile as a tab. Here’s what I have done:

Tested it on another site, it works!
Deactivated all of my plugins
Removed any coding I’ve added

Yes I have…
Activated in profile tabs page
Activated show BP Album under theme options
Photos are in albums
Added the coding in functions.php
Yes, the child theme is activated

Please may I ask for your assistance? I have thoroughly searched your forums
