After upgrading to the latest Buddy Press and Buddy Press Profile this morning, I now getting this error. This is also preventing me from reactivating the Child Theme.
I get this error message when logged-in:
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$options in /home/swingven/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bp-profile-search/bps-external.php on line 257
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/swingven/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bp-profile-search/bps-external.php on line 257This error message in the Home page without being logged in:

As this error is being generated directly by the plugin and not the theme you will need to reach out to the plugin developer for support on this issue.
You can open a support topic for this plugin here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/bp-profile-search
In the meantime you can uninstall the current version of the plugin you have and install and older version, after downloading the desired version here https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-search/advanced/. Scroll to the very bottom of the content to access previous versions.
If you only need the version prior to the latest update, 4.8.4, then you can download it directly from this link https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/bp-profile-search.4.8.4.zip.
Thanks,
Kieran

Buddy Press Profile 4.8.6 was fixed by the developer shortly after I sent in a Support ticket. After reinstall of the plugin with the fix, the errors appear to be gone.
Thanks,
