BP Profile Search

Hi,

I’ve made a User Profile field called ‘Height’, and I’m trying to make it searchable with dropdown box in BP Profile Search.  I’ve asked in the BP Profile search forums, and been told that I should use the bps-form-sample-1 form template, however I can’t see this in the list of available templates.  The author has said that it’s because Kleo has replaced it with its own custom ones.

How can I get this template, or be able to search with dropdown boxes?
