Breadcrumbs not showing proper depth.

When navigation to sub pages and sub-sub pages, the breadcrumbs do not reflect the proper depth. A screenshot is included. Please advise.

Are they actually child pages? Or have you just set them up in your menu that way? What is your permalink structure?

For the buddypress breadcrumb. What’s the name of the page you have set in WP Admin > Settings > BP > Pages: Members?
